Trying to diagnose a no start on my '88 SPG that I'm hoping to resurrect for my 16yr old.

Has strong spark, fuel pump is on when cranking.
New fuel pump, coil, plugs, Hall effect sensor in distributor, plug wires, spare ECU. Fresh fuel.
Had progressively worse intermittent starting problems when parked 6 years ago. Ran fantastic when it would start.

Noid light indicates no pulse at injectors, and voltmeter reads 0V at any injector when key in ON position. Probed both injector plug contacts (separately) with one voltmeter probe in plug and other probe to ground.
Have tried with replacement ECU- same issue.
Removed, cleaned with steel wool and contact cleaner, and reinstalled all engine bay grounds.
Contact cleaned all ignition and injection system connectors.

Any specific things to check why injectors not getting ground signal from ECU?
Suggestions for other things to check?
