How to remove stripped screw

the other posts work if the phillips or torx head is stripped.
If the threads are stripped and you're just spinning the screw, you'll have to pry up on the speaker cover while spinning the screw backwards...they will generally come up.
The female threads are in a spring clip that clips onto the hole in the dash...the spring clips are generally available in auto parts stores, TrakAuto has them in the Help! section under assorted clips and screws.
