my NGK BCP7EVs were like that this spring,,,I thought this colour is indicative of a good mixture (well it sure felt good). That was with the RRFPR set at 2.5 turns in (instead of 4) by my mechanic who said this setting was 42psi at idle with the vaccuum line off. I drove it down to SPG9 in June with awesome boost and A/F ratios (@WOT). Down there I had to get a replacement RRFPR unit, so I left it at their stock setting (4turns), and the plugs have been black ever since...,, but a part of this is due to a weak wastegate allowing only 15psi max (not needing as much fuel pressure). It seems when I ran huge boost frequently everything was a-ok, but now with low boost I'm (seemingly) fouling the plugs. Anyway this is a long winded spew saying that what you have here looks OK to me:-)
BTW I have the 24# injectors
