There's a 14-mm(?) plug on the back side of the caliper. Take that off and you'll find an allen screw inside. Back the allen screw out until the pads can go over the new rotor.
To set your parking brake adjustment after you have it all back together, turn the allen screw in until the pads contact the rotor, then back it out until it doesn't drag.
