Your master cylinder went. It happens sooner or later after replacing the clutch assembly, because usually the slave cylinder is at least rebuilt when that is done. The stress put on the master due to more pressure from the new seals in the slave cause the master to begin to leak, or suddenly fail as in your case. Rebuild kit is cheap, and rebuilding it is easy. Hardest part is getting the cylinder in and out of the car!
Good luck!
