You first need to remove the whole door panel if I remember right, so you can have easier access to the gasket. Then you roll down the window all the way. Pull upwards on the old one and take it out. Putting the new one in takes a little patience, because it has a metal strip in it that you do not want to deform because it will make it look crooked. The problem is that there is a small amount of space between the window and where you put it in, so you will want to get the whole thing in as far as it goes, and you will notice that the bottom is caught on the window. By rolling it up and then down, it usually fixes it. And you're done!
