High Idle Speed

First thing to check the ground points on the front on the cylinder head at the lifting ring strap.Two 10mm head hex bolts.Losen the bolts so the wire terminals held underneath can be moved with the engine running,does engine speed go down?If so the grounds are poor and should be cleaned and retightened.Next disconnect the water temperature sensor for the fuel injection system,location in the center of the intake manifold below the fuel rail. Does idle speed change,check the terminals for corrosion(green color down in the taps of the unit.Repost back results.
