Hood catch problem

The hood on my 93 Aero doesn't stay latched on the RHS and is constantly popping half an inch open. I can push it down and it latches OK while static but clicks open again when the car is driven. I've adjusted the rubber stops on either side on the front valance several times but this doesn't seem to make any difference. Is there any way of adjusting the retaining catches?
