Hey all... I'm usually hanging out on the c900 or Performance board, but I have a 9000T, too, and sadly, I think I have to sell it. I won't know for a month or so, but basically my parents bought a new house, and the new house doesn't have room to keep a pair of cars for me, so I have to decide which ones (two!) I wanna sell. I've set prices on the 900T and the 99T in case I go that route, but I'm having trouble coming up with a fair price on my '88 9kt... I'm hoping ya'll can help. Here's the lowdown:
o '88 9kt, 250k, gold paint, chocolate leather interior
o was an automatic, now it's a 5-speed
o engine rebuilt about 30k ago
o 5-speed was refreshed when installed w/ new synchros and new forks
o 3" exhaust (cat, pipe, muffler, all of it) is 10k old
o red coil, magnecor wires, beru plugs all 10k old
o Aero suspension
o Super Aero wheels
o euro-spec lights, Hella 530 driving lights (both about 30k old)
o momo/saab steering wheel
o blower motor and heater core will be new next week (pray for me!)
o pioneer p818r head unit (tape) w/ pioneer in-dash CD-player
Paint is in great shape, obviously no rust. Interior is awesome (new headliner) save a tear on driver's seat. Everything works beautifully except the cruise and A/C. I may be able to fix the cruise, don't have the time or energy to fix the a/c.
Alright, so knowing all that... how much is this car worth? Anyone care to give an estimate?
I don't want to sell it, but I'm more afraid of losing the 99T and never finding another one more than losing the 9000T and never finding another one... y'know? Fortunately I have about two months to figure this out - maybe someone will find a place for me to keep them all... :)
Thanks,
-Justin
