Okay i said a couple days ago the harmonic balance ring flew off just the outer ring.....So i replaced with another balance today.....the car ran right before i did the swap, but now after it will not start at all.

There is a key on the inside lip of the balance pulley so it only goes on one way....

I was thinking....92 9000S
because it is DI and i turned the motor a couple times, you know to try and get to compression where it'd lock up and I could turn the nut? Is this why it won't start? Probably did about 4 full rotations.

I know with a distributor the rotor would turn from the cam so it'd stay insyncro with the position of the pistons.......Is this why it will not start? and if so how can I fix? I tried disconnecting battery for ten minutes....but to no avail it still won't start. It cranks and cranks the motor but no fire. And like i said, i drove it home stopped the car and killed it then started working on it. Whats up? And the check engine light had came on but now it isn't....you know flashing.
