Plug gap or DI cassette

Check plug gap and set to 0.9-1.0mm (.035-.039"). My '95 Aero stumbled recently after an ECU and exhaust upgrade and after checking gap found that two were at 1.05mm and two at 1.1mm, which is on the top end of the spec. Resetting to the above solved the problem.
If this doesn't work, it is likely the DI cassette. At that mileage it is time for it to be replaced, if it hasn't been already, so if it's the original I'd bet on it as the culprit. It is a quick, easy, relatively inexpensive (<$300) fix. Shop around for the part, checking TSN sponsors first. A good idea would be to find a known good unit to check on your car first. Dealers usually carry "blue" DI cassettes for such testing.
