the key removed. Car stays running until foot comes off brake. With car off, stepping on brake lights up daylight running lights and dash, just like turning on the ignition.
I just replaced a broken bulb in right rear taillight. It was the brake/running light. Also found 3/8" water in the taillight, and a crack in the lense which presumably is the source of the leak. Also 'cruise' did not work today, but did before I replaced the bulb.
I'm going to try removing the bulb to see if problems go away, but still seems strange that all of this is going on due to a tail light! Any ideas?
Car is '95Aero manual.
