That is, with the amplifier/box/woofer integrated as one package. Others here will know more. The unit I hear mentioned most is the Infinity Basslink.
With any powered subwoofer and stock deck, your easiest hookup route will be to use the speaker level inputs on the powered subwoofer. You will just need to run power and ground to the sub (I'd go at least 8 gauge, though you might be able to get by with 10 or even 12 if it's low powered enough). Then, run wires from the rear speaker terminals to the sub speaker level inputs. Don't worry about overloading the stock amp - the input impedance is so high you be drawing hardly any power.
The other option is to either figure out the pin out of the inputs to the stock amplifier under the seat, and splice in some RCA cables to run to the trunk, or, get a speaker level to line level converter, again connecting it to the rear speaker outputs.
I always build my own subs, because it's cheaper for a given quality, and you can make the box to the exact size/shape you want.
