You've already replaced the most expensive tcs component. How about trying the $68 solenoid valve on the passenger side firewall. IF that doesn't fix it you could have a bad sensor at the gas pedal. I noticed one of the service receipts for my 92 said the problem was the tcs was on. IT said brake pedal switch was "adjusted" which fixed the problem. There is a tech notice saying the connector pins on the pedal sensor might get condensation. The fix is to remove the rubber boot.
