The same.... APC and LH ensures you have the same boost regardless of temperature or altitude. Cold weather only benefits in terms of engine efficiency - colder air is denser air - and not peak boost pressure. Some see an increase in boost pressure when it gets cold as colder air helps prevent knock, and the boost limiting effect that has (via APC). If you're seeing 15psi with no knock, you'll see that same 15psi in cold weather.
