I have gone through this two years ago after the 94cs rode on the flatbed. I believe the tow chain somehow pulled on the wrong spot of the car frame and damaged the windshield washer reservoir. The reservoir is bolted to the frame with two bolts which go through the bottle.
The symptom was a filled reservoir would empty in a matter of two days.
I did pulled the bottle to accertain the crack at the junction of one of the bolt and the bottle. And I did repaired it with hot glue to no avail. Reinstalling the reservoir could easily have damaged the repair again because you need to bolt the reservoir to the frame, through those two bolts.
The solution was to use two-part expoxy and do the repair in-car. Remove the passenger side front wheel, the fender liner to expose the reservoir. I bet the crack is on one of the two bolts where they penetrate the bottle, likely the near side bolt. The evidence is of course the blue stain on the reservoir, possibly even the crack is visible. Simply mix those two-part epoxy and slap generaously around the crack (with the reservoir empty and dry).
