Shaking Aero

Hi everyone,
I just bought a 93 Aero 5-speed back in August and I love it. (Thanks to all of you who encouraged me to take the plunge.)
Anyway, a couple of days ago I started the car and it started shaking. The WHOLE car was shaking. It was a shaking that reminded me of how an old pick-up truck might shake when it is sitting at idle. I could watch my hands on the wheel jiggling. The shaking didn't seem to stop when I began moving, but it definetly wasn't noticable when driving down the road, probably because of normal road vibrations. Sitting at stoplights though, I thought the car would die any second. It seemed like it was about to stall. About 10 minutes into the drive it stopped all together.
Later that night I took the car out again and it didn't do it. Then the next day on my way to work, it started the shaking about 10 minutes into my drive and persisted until I turned off the car. It hasn't done it since.
I replaced all four motor mounts about 3 weeks ago.
Is this something I should be worried about and check out? Any ideas???
Thanks in advance.
Annie
