many folks have had tunability probs with 30# injectors with the SAAB ECU/
it is possible you may be running a tad rich...and unfortunately it is entirely possible that at those boost pressures you can be running rich, and very lean,,,at the upper RPM and boost range.
could be a simple fix or something you will have to live with. For the latter you can increase the timing if you with.
Or you can do what I did and drop a near new 1990 non turbo trans from a wreck and have insane acceleration;)
