For $575 you can get a complete JT, 3 inch, turbo-back system at engstrom.net (without cat). You can buy a brand new universal 3 inch Carsound cat on ebay for about $60 shipped. So for a total of about $650 with shipping, you get a complete 3" bolt on system that will support any power upgrade to well beyond 300hp.
The Swedish Dynamics exhaust costs $650 for a cat-back system. This excludes the most important part, which is the downpipe, and also maintains the stock cat. It seems like a waste of money to me.
I did not see APC/DI or LH (fuel) upgrade listed at the Swedish Dynamics website. However, their price for a Trionic upgrade is almost $900 (?!) which seems absolutely ridiculous. Engstrom sells the same Trionic upgrade for $500. You can buy the Speedparts APC/DI and LH chips at Taliaferro Saab (http://www.genuinesaab.com) for about $250 (currently you have to call them to order these chips).
No offense, but don't let anyone who tunes classic 900s give you suggestions as if you have the same engine. My understanding is that the stock fuel system in '91-'98 9000 Turbos is sufficient for up to 275hp; you already have a 3.0 bar FPR anyway. Therefore, I agree with Stephen that the RRFPR alone probably won't do anything for you until you upgrade your injectors and turbo as well.
