Hey Nick
Please keep in mind that the TCS bypass switch will not prevent limp home mode or other TCS problems from occurring, it will only allow you to shut off TCS temporarily for times when you don't want it to engage - for example, pure ice conditions, or max effort acceleration.
On a 92 you can only install the TCS bypass switch if you upgrade to a 93 ECU.
If you search the BB you will find info on removing the TCS. There is a wide variety of opinions, some say you just need to change the throttle body and unplug the TCS ECU, others say you practically need to remanufacture the car . . .
I do all my own work, I find the 9k extremely easy to work on, it's so simple and everything is accessible (compared to my 87 Nissan V6 truck).
