Do you mean that the reflector inside the lamp seems to be yellowish? In this case the only way to get it shining again is to resurface (re-mirrorize) the reflector - and this might be expensive (if you can find a shop for that).
You may also notice that the reflector is kind of oxidized. There are several chemicals that can be used to de-oxidize silver etc. metals,,, however any attempt of cleaning may remove pieces of the reflector coating you still have there (and you end up with more yellow "reflector".
If the front glass is full of stone hits, then you might try to rub and polish it with a very very fine rubbing compound (here we have Farecla as trade mark for those, don't know what you have...). This might take time and there is always a risk that it fails.
You may try,,, but prepare to buy new headlight assemblies, I think it is not possible to get separate reflectors on 9000. in OG900 they are available in some markets.
BTW,,, did you use high wattage bulbs... Those ruin the reflectors more quickly that the normal ones...
