I have same year/model, what may be happening is that you have no low fan speed due to a bad thermoswitch on radiator. When thermoswitch reaches hi fan speed temp, and tries to start fan hi speed from a dead stop, the initial current is more than the 30 amp fuse can deal with, and will blow every time. I installed a 82 deg. thermoswitch from eeuroparts and my low speed kicks on around 8 oclock on gauge and hi around 9 oclock. Hope this helps.
