As the others have said, JB weld might work but is kinda doubtful.
My advice would be take it to a shop and see if they can install a pan off a junkyard car (new pan = $$$).
Hopefully no pro would be crazy enough to do it, but you do NOT NOT NOT want to try welding the pan on the car! The residual oil inside the pan is pretty much guaranteed to catch fire. Welding might be a possibility if the pan was removed and cleaned, but by that point you might as well replace it.
