Well I have no experiance with H&R although they have a good reputation. At the time i bought my B&G springs, H&R did not have them for the 9000. I like the B7G springs. The are reasonably compliant giveing on the hard bumps but still firm. They are very low. Lowered the car about 1.5".
I would also recommend the Abbott Control arm bushings, SAS sway bars, and Koni shocks to round it out.
