If the compressor doesn't have 12v power, it's usually because there has been a leak and there is no refrigerant. The pressure switch attached to the receiver/drier prevents the compressor from getting power if there is not enough refrigerant.
Other things include a relay behind the glove compartment, the anti-frost switch attached to the evaporator box, the ACC unit, the pressure switches at the receiver/drier and condensor (sometimes), and the trionic computer. If you have a Seiko compressor, there is also a thermal switch on the compressor body, but this is downstream from the compressor electrical connection.
I am assuming that you have confirmed with a test light or something that the problem is a lack of electricity. First thing to do is to try running the calibration routine on the ACC. Second, have refrigerant charge checked. Then, try swapping the relay behind the glove comapartment with one of the other identical relays in that panel. Next try jumping the anti-frost switch. I am not aware of a pressure switching being reported here as having failed.
Let us know what happens.
