PBR offers two style pads. Deluxe are organic, and may contain asbestos. They work great on my 3 9000s, and others on this board like them too. I think they are as good or better than OEM. Almost no dust, compared to lots with Saab. Great stopping power hot or cold, and they last me 80k+ mi.
PBR's Metalmaster(MM) is reported to be rougher on rotors, but does a fine job stopping, and has little dust too. For me they don't grab as well when cold, but after a few stops are OK. On my Aero the first few stops were scary. I recently put the same front pads on my CSE, and the first stop is not great, but they stop, and warm up pretty quickly. Next time I'll be back to Deluxe. MM are good if you live in the mountains or drive like a racer.
Either pad is cheap from a site sponsor. I've had success with plain Brembo and Zimmerman rotors, but could not tell you whether there is much difference between the rotors on the market.
