...firstly, ensure that the rear base cushion is up against the front seat backs - there are two straps that unlock 2 catches(one for each of the 60/40 split cushions)maybe hidden down between the back and base. You may or may not have two retaining clips at each side of the underside of the seat cushions that fold flat when the seats are put back. When you have removed the headrestraints (they store on the retaining posts for the seat back eitherside of the luggage compartment just ahead of the speakers), press the seats flat, ensuring you place a towel or blanket on the floor beneath the seat cushions (there are a couple of metal parts that could damage the leather if you are not careful), and fold out the two retaining clips mentioned above to keep the seat back down. Unless you leave it like that for days on end, the seats will spring back to their original shape. You may not have the retaining clips - I believe they are available from a dealer if you want them.
Have you got any sound at all from your rear speakers? Check the fader. Often times, there is simply a loose connection behind the headunit, or the amp under the seat(that powers the rears) may have failed, or have lost power. You need only pop out the ACC unit in the dash and reach in to give the wires a wiggle for a short term/long term fix (mine needs wiggling about every 18months...)
