Hello, thanks for the quick response. I have the valve cover off and while turning the crank over(by myself it was easier then going over to check the flywheel marks) i aligned the V and the cam mark thinking I would have Oc at the flywheel . Did run fine and I haven't checked the tensior extension yet.
I'll go back and set the flywheel at 0c. I'm tackling my first head gasket job and hope to get the head off today. I have the English Haynes book , but it sure isn't a Bentley. Thanks, bj
