If going around a corner makes a difference, there is a good chance the drains are clogged. and if its been below freezing, the water thats trapped turned to ice and will bind up the blower. A clogged drain in the heater/AC was my first "what the heck is that" when I went from the C900 to the 9k. Turned out to be easy once I found the "periscope" drain. Quasimotors (SAABNET link) had some darn good info as I recall.
