Every morning the car shows continual TCS problem lite prior to starting, and will be in limp home when I actually start it.

By noon, the TCS lite goes off after 1 second, and when I actually start the car, it runs normal (full power). All seems back to normal.

I've jiggled and cleaned all the connections I can get my fingers on...as per this site's multitude of suggestions, and cleaned the throttle body with carb cleaner several times. (was very dirty)

Replaced check valve and TCS dump solenoid (new one is 25 ohms)

Once when I was cleaning fuses, I thought that the relays in the ABS box were the culprit, since the car suddenly ran fine until the next AM.

The next day I thoroughly cleaned the TB, and thought THAT was the problem, since the car again suddenly ran fine till the next AM.

Now TCS is always a problem only before noon, when temps go from 50 to 80 here in WI.

Now, I would suspect the TB, except this site mentioned that the TB's with the yellow dots were likely replacements already, and were pretty bullet proof. ( I got the car with 111k on it...136k now) The black top of the TB had tiny "squeek" noise like a balloon when I put my ear to it. Havent heard it since...TCS or no TCS.

I've ohm tested the TB, but don't really know what to look for, since I cant get in to the Townsend site. What I could test looked OK in most ohm tests, but I could not make sense of the posts here. Anyone know the 1-7 ohm tests on the TB, and is the top post #1 or #7?

SO...does that leave me with a computer sync problem...perhaps the "low idle" program??? I may have caused some codes in my forays?

THis has been obsessively/compulsively interesting, but I want my car back!

My suggested indie (thanks TomA) is still 45 miles away, so this is a possibility- vs- all my head banging to no avail.

Thank's in acdvance!!!
