My '95 Aero was purring in the parking lot this morning at work and then suddenly screeched like a banshee. One look under the hood confirmed what I thought-Idler pulley. Borrowed the company van at lunch and picked up a new pulley at the dealer. Spent 2.5 hours in the parking lot after work trying to get the serpentine belt back on after I changed the pulley. Tried every way to do this I could think of. No luck! Anyone out there ever had to do this on the fly before? I don't have a way or the time to make that tool I saw on Quasi's website. Is there any other option for getting this belt on tomorrow?
Thanks for the ideas,
Brian
