the load side of fuse #3 in the box in front of the battery. This means you need to see if there is voltage (test light) on either side of the fuse. Then pull the tall control relay and see if there is juice at the socket where 56a on the relay plugs in. If yes then the problem is in anything downline to the fuse. CLOSE examination (look for hazy crazed surface of each of the solder bridges from the base to the side circuit board. If you can't solder small things take it to a tv repair shop or you may have to buy a relay.
