My spedometer seems to be reporting 4-5mph over what I'm actually doing. Both my trip computer and those things the police put on the roadside that tell you how bad you're speeding report my speed as lower than the speedometer says.

Can this be adjusted/corrected? If so, how?

Another thing. I had my car in recently for work, I needed new front tires, so I let them go ahead and put them on. Weeks later, I was checking my tire pressure for a road trip, and discovered that the front tires are 44psi max, while the back tires are 35psi max. Is this a problem that needs correction, a common practice, or a very bad thing that needs immediate correction? The "older" tires are from December and have about 20k on them, and the newer tires have 1-2k on them. I would have done all 4 matched in December, but I didn't have the requisite funds at the time.
