Tiny Oil leak from the headgasket

It has been about a year that I have been keeping my eye on a tiny amount of oil on the front left and front right corners of the engine where the head gasket is. It realy is a tiny amount and makes absolutlely no noticable sign on the dip stick. Should I leave it alone and keep my fingers crossed it gets no worse or should I attempt to tighten the head?
If I go this route can someone tell me what the torque should be and whether I'd need to replace the rocker box gasket. Oh and if there are any nasty surprises likely to show themselves. The car is a 1998 2.3 eco with 60K miles on the clock
