tail lights not working Posted by amarker [Email] (#2009) [Profile/Gallery] (more from amarker) on Thu, 13 Jan 2005 21:38:46 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I posted this before without a single response. Maybe I did something wrong. Here goes again
Both of the circuit boards for the rear lamp assembly of my '97 9000 CSE are not working correctly. On one the brown, 'resistance line' [?] for the pictogram [?] is loose and for the other one of the brass fittings for one bulb is loose. Some lights do not work properly and the pictogram is always lit.
I can replace both boards at a cost of $40.00 each.
But, I'm wondering if anyone has had any success repairing them, either with epoxy, super glue or soldering? Anyone tried and failed?
