Yaofeng,
How do you feel physically after the accident? It is a known fact that some injuries, such as neck injuries, can take weeks or even months to manifest. For example, disc swelling and injury may not be immediately apparant.
Since the other party has been found to be at fault, I would terminate my negotiations with the insurance company until I had the opportunity to get checked by a doctor, perhaps even a neurologist. Don't sign away your rights!
After you get checked out, I would let the insurance company know if you have some pain. And I would tell them that you won't settle your medical until they settle on the car. Either make them fix the car, (if it is in good shape mechanically) or have them give you the market value of a similar car, in similar condition. Find several comparable cars on this site and send them the ads. I think they will settle for a fair price.
