DAND,
Good friend of mine is a journeyman auto painter. He just painted a spoiler for my wifes 95' 9000. He did the two-tone with the rear edge black. He said paint techs use spray can exterior trim paint that is available at auto paint supply stores, not auto parts stores. Prep as you would for any spray job, scuff sand, wipe with solvent and mask and spray. People behind the counter can point you to the correct product and prep. best of luck. Be sure to use auto painting masking tape for a clean edge. 1-2 hours
