Well, if you know it's out of round that might be it.
When I switched my bad tire to the rear for a check,
my fron t problems went away and it had no noticable
effect on the rear.
But, if the tire is known to be bad, you do want to change it,
especially of you drive much or drive fast.
It'll have to go sooner or later, so maybe you want to
start with at least a pair of new tires if not all 4.
If you get 2 new ones, put them on the drive wheels and
change your fronts to rear.
