it definitely gets easier with repetition, at least taking out, the tricky part is finding the left clip that holds the blower motor housing in place. remove aquarium cover, remove false bulkhead behind intake manifold, don't worry about removing heater core hoses, they can be pushed out of the way. unscrew evaporator housing and move it gently as far to the passenger side as possible to release from blower motor housing. find clip on driver's side of blower motor housing down below heater core hoses. then, find clip on identical place on passenger side blower motor housing, pry that one out with fingers and pull housing forward, then, you can find driver's side clip easily and release pulling on blower motor housing. now, is the hardest part, pull on blower motor housing twisting it/rotating it, up and around heater core hoses which can be pushed aside, and then squeeze out of aquarium probably bending back tab that holds false bulkhead in place. it took me about 10 minutes to take it out of my 92 the other day, but i wouldn't want to put it back in!!!!
