off the top of my head, i'd say that this is pretty much a straight swap. engine, tranny, turbo, and associated running gear for both years are physically the same.
however, your 97 engine computer will not work in a 95 (different emission and diagnostic parameters). assuming your 95 has the high pressure turbo, your 95 ecu will work just fine. if you want aero performance from your swap you will need to source a 95 aero ecu(your 97 engine already has the mitsubishi turbo). remove the engine harness and temperature sensors from your 97 and use the ones from your 95. you will not need to rewire anything, just drop in your engine and trans from your deceased aero, and go.
