Hey folks ...ive been through the 9000 archives a hundred times and still don't know exactly what could be wrong. What would cause this car to run like new one day and stumble the next? The problem is sometimes it feels like its only running on 3 cylinders...then when it warms up its fine in that department, but the boost is never consistent. I can get it to push all the way into the solid red for a second or two, the car has tremendous power but it's not reliable ( almost got into trouble trying to pass the other day and the boost decided not to kick in ). New plugs, new vac hoses, half a dozen bottles of Techron injector cleaner, DI swapped out with a "new" one to test, same sypmtoms. New turbo 6 months ago as well. What is it? Bad APC ? sticking BPC ? dirty injectors? throttle body? Recently Im also hearing lots of air rushing sounds when it's boosting but this seems to have no negative effects on the get up and go. help? anyone?
