A/C Now What? Expert Diagnostics Needed

Well I posted last month that my A/C would blow cool for a while 10 minutes or so and quit only to start again later or when the car is turned off. The weather in the Ohio Valley had hit the mid 90's at the time. Well before I could check anything the weather dropped to 80's for highs and the system didn't cut off. This week the weather returned to the high 90's and the problem has reoccurred.
I did go out and purchase 134a with a guage. I followed the instructions and the guage always stayed in the green range (normal), when the compressor kicks on the pressure would drift to 25psi and kick off and when the pressure drifted to 44psi the compressor would kick back on which seemed to be normal. The compressor would run a couple of minutes at a time. During the test the air always blew cold so I couldn't duplicate the problem, maybe because the outside air temp was only 80 (instructions with the charge unit said to do the work when temp was in the 75~85 range). With all that said I guess it is safe to say the charge in the system is fine and the compressor is cycling ok. What does it sound like now?
