I'm not completely sure what you're calling the "safety valve soleniod check valve" but if it's the BPC valve I believe you should be looking for only 2.5 to 3 ohms resistance between pins 1-2 and pins 2-3, not 34 ohms, so it might be worth re-checking that bit. Just a decimal point glitch when reading your meter, maybe?

The turbo bypass valve is vacuum/pressure operated, not electrical. The small hose to it (like the one to the FPR) is prone to deteriorate from heat and is worth renewing.

Intake air temperature sensor has a reputation for causing mixture problems (either rich or weak) and can respond to a simple cleanup, but is cheap and easy to replace.
