I've gone both ways recently.Bought Saab glass and moldings from dealer here in central western jersey and installed it with buddies help and costs 500.00
Also recently had Diamond Auto glass install with generic molding for 225.00.Both came out nice.More importantly,is there rust under your windshield. If so that has to be addressed.
The glass was out of the '93 Aero for three months and all the rust around the windshield and wheel wells was repaired and the whole car got painted.Thats the one I put the saab glass and molding in.The '96 cse got generic and is for sale. You do know that water runs behind the gasket and drains into the "aquarium"and then to the ground.Lift the gasket up and see if there is any visable rust.Had to sand blast the '93.Looked like clean metal swiss cheese afterwards. Then had to tack weld some filler pieces in and "tiger hair" bondo then regular bondo after treating with POR-15 products.Ther is more to windshields than glass.Good luck HTH
