'95 Aero P/S Leak?

There is a slight leak from one of the lowwer Power steering hoses going into the rack. I have sucked out the old fluid and replaced with Valvoline Synpower Synthetic power steering fluid about three times. It looks like it is coming from a soft line to hard line transition behind the engine but that could just be the low spot on the line. I can't see the P/S leval droping over the month? Is there clamps I can tighten?
