Can't take out the key from ignition when its cold

Hi all
The key will not come out the ignition (when the weather is cold, -5 ...). I have to pump few time the brake to get it out. There must be a switch of some sort at the brake pedal that gets stuck when cold.
What kind of spray/lube I need to spray and where to spray.
