Pin 11 should be a grey wire going to the door switch (-) (Grounded when a door is open)
Pin 12 is a yellow wire that outputs 12V to the horn when the alarm is triggered
Pin 4 (White),(-) and 5 (Blue),(+)are outputs to the status LED indicator on the dash
Pin 10 (Red) should actually be power in from Fuse 19, not gear select; that should be pin 9 (Yellow/white) going to the gear select switch.
Pin 3 (Brown) is the input from the hatch switch, grounded when hatch is open.
Pin 7 Brown, (-), is the same thing, but for the hood.
I think what you're looking for is the door lock controller inputs,
(Pin 14 Red - unlock), and (Pin 13 Yellow: lock).
They're ground switched inputs, so you need to set your alarm up to issue a ground pulse to one or the other when arming or disarming. It serves a dual purpose of controlling the locks and arming/disarming the alarm. If you want to isolate the functions, you'll need to diode isolate the line so it doesn't work the door locks at the same time (if you want to only have it control the arming and disarming but not actually work the door locks).
