LPT>FPT hose locations????

I'm wondering if I've got the hoses connected correctly. I see where the BPC is marked C, W & R and I assumed I knew where they went. Could someone give me the "physical" location where these should be connected on the engine? I do believe R goes to where the rubber cap was removed from the nipple on the top of the compressor inlet (closest connection location to the BPC). What about C & W?
Thanks!
