I'm pretty sure that's 50 ohm cable for the stereo, that's what most radio equipment uses. It will probably be on the remaining cable, so check it first. You can go to radioshack and get a short length of RG-58 (50 ohm) antenna cable with some solder or soldlerless connectors (you know which one's best though) and hook that thing back up. It's cheap to do it correctly and I'd say there will be a somewhat appreciable difference.
