As others have said, CS is a trim level. Depending on the year a CS may have no turbo, a LPT or a FPT. Or possibly a LPT that was upgraded. And I even saw a CSE (FPT) that had been down-converted to a CS - and poorly, at that. And never trust the markings on the trunk. Cars can be modified a lot over 10 years.
I wouldn't go by boost gauge. I'd open the hood and look.
If it doesn't have a turbocharger, it's not a turbo, no mater what the markings.
If it does have a turbocharger, look on the back of the radiator, near the top left (driver's side, US - left looking forward). If there is no BPC valve there, it's a LPT.
If you do see a BPC valve there, and the electrical cable is connected, and the three hoses are connected, then the car is a FPT.
After all, the engine capability is marked not by the potmetal letters on the trunk lid, but what's bolted to the engine.
